Context
Field coordinators didn't just need to see indicators — they needed to understand what was happening, why, and what to do about it. Before, they depended on delayed reports and on what field promoters reported verbally, with no clear way to differentiate the type of risk — individual execution, portfolio quality, or zone/market conditions — in order to step in on time and where it actually made an impact.
Challenge
Balancing navigation, usability and accessibility in a system where every event, even when resolved behind the scenes, needed the same depth of visual and interaction design.
My approach
The design covered the whole application, with emphasis on turning complex business logic into clear flows and proposing functionality that ended up in the product's architecture.

In development. First versions are about to ship.
